We’re excited to raise $15,000, starting on Giving Tuesday and extending to the rest of the year. Our goal is only the beginning of our 3 fold campaign, which is to:
- Provide care and support to Foster Children in the East New York, Brooklyn Community.
- Expand our Youth Ministry staff to adequately reach and respond to the growing needs of the youth in our community.
- Meet the necessary financing requirements to purchase a building facility that would ensure a long-term presence in our community.
In just the past 6 months we have seen a steady rise in our youth engagement, 25 of them receiving the Lord for the first time. We share the burden of God’s heart for the youth, constantly being reminded that they are not “next” but they are “now”.
We are currently surveying or community for a space that gives us more control long-term which will only allow us to more effectively plan long term projects.
